Reservations are confirmed after you receive a written confirmation and send a deposit. Please transfer 30% of the bill as earnest money to make the booking binding. If the earnest money has not been received within 10 days after the booking, the reservation becomes invalid. The earnest money will be kept in case of cancellation, early departure or no arrival.

Travel insurance: You never know what might happen before your holidays. With our travel cancellation insurance you are protected in case of illness or death in your family. According to EU regulations, a cancellation fee can be charged in case of late arrivals, early departures or no-show. In order to protect you from such expenses, we recommend you take out this travel cancellation insurance, so the European travel insurance will cover these costs.
In case of cancellation, early departure or no arrival, the following cancellation policies apply:
- More than 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fees
- 3 months to 29 days prior to arrival: room price for 3 days
- After 28 days prior to arrival:
- room / apartment without board: 100% of the price
- room / apartment with breakfast: 80% of the price
- room / apartment with half board: 70% of the price
The earnest money is taken into account when calculating the cancellation costs in case of cancellation, early departure or no arrival.
- Payment: The hotel bill can be paid in cash (please note legal limits for cash payments), or credit card.
- Check-in is possible from 2 p.m.; check-out to 10 a.m. If you arrive after 6 pm, please give us notice.
- Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee floor level, location or room number within a certain room category.
- We have various rooms and apartments. Sketches are for illustration only. For calssification sketches are not always compliant. Subsequently, the size is always defined!
- This is a no-smoking hotel. You can smoke outdoors.
