The Dolomites – Mecca for every passionate climber. It’s a very special feeling to climb in the white rocks which had been formed out of coral reefs millions of years ago. The bizarre and sculpture-like forms of the rocks provide climbing routes for every level of difficulty.

The ultimate sight of Val Gardena is beyond doubts the 3181 meters high mountain Langkofel. The group of mountains Langkofel including Fünffingerspitze and Plattkofel compose the East end of the high plateau Seiser Alm. More to the East, at the end of the valley Val Gardena you find the overwhelming Sella group. There are wonderful climbing routes all over these places. Climbing gardens with playful names like “City of Stone” and “Dream Column” are a playground made from dolomite rocks.
